Kindergarten Registration for the fall of 2010
Putney Central School will register all children who live in the town of Putney and who will be five (5) years old on or before September 1, 2010 on Wednesday, May 12th.
Families will receive a registration packet in April. Please note: If you do not receive a registration packet in the mail by April 16th, please call Kathy Bartlett, school counselor, at 387-2237 ext. 130.
Anyone wishing an exception to the policy regarding age for entrance must send a request in writing to Amelia Stone, Principal, before April 1st. Send your request to Putney Central School, 182 Westminster Rd, Putney, Vermont 05346. In no case will a request for early admission be allowed for a child whose birth date falls more than 60 days after the September 1st cut off date.
Vermont law requires proof of immunization for school enrollment. Children may be exempt from immunization for medical, religious, or moral reasons.
